Surfboards are a fragile shipping item and we do our best to package and protect your goods for shipping. Vampirate Surfboards Pty Ltd are not responsible for the damage of your surfboard by the courier or shipping agent.
We are not responsible for to you or any person claiming through you for any loss or damage to goods in transit cause by an event of any kind by any person.
The delivery times made known to you are estimates only and Vampirate Surfboards Pty Ltd is not liable for late delivery.
We are not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to you arising from late delivery of the goods.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order has began being processed
Vampirate Surfboards Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian dollars.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGE
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty tax or charge. Vampirate Surfboards Pty Ltd do not have control over these charges or can we advise what these charges will be as it is based on the local countries laws and duties and regulations. Please contact your local customs office for your local rules and regulations. The customer on delivery of order must pay all charges.
Orders cannot be returned to the sender and Vampirate Surfboards Pty ltd will never pay these custom charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay your parcel will be abandoned, and Vampirate Surfboards Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss of funds or goods as a result of this occurrence.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Vampirate Surfboards is committed to customer satisfaction – if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply email us surfers@vampiratesurfboards.com
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and packaging are in the original condition with the original tags attached
Faulty goods must be notified of the fault within 7 days of purchase.
Returns must be made within 7 days of notice to Vampirate Surfboards.
Returns must be in as new condition unless a faulty item.
WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS
We repair faulty goods at a reasonable cost or replace items that are deemed by us to be faulty manufacture by Vampirate Surfboards.
In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered.
All warranties and repairs are at the discretion of Vampirate Surfboards Pty Ltd.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Vampirate Surfboards can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Vampirate surfboards reserves the right to refuse order cancellations or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
All orders are subject to pre-authorization checks to ensure sufficient funds are available and to confirm the validity of the payment method. The total amount for the order will be frozen on your account and this amount is taken when the order is dispatched. Some credit cards may be subject to a $1 authorization check, which will be released back to you.
Authorizations will appear as pending charges on your card, but you will only be charged once for a single order when it is dispatched. Orders cancelled before shipment may still have this authorization held.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.
One time Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotion does not apply to gift certificates, shipping, GST or duties or similar service costs.
If merchandise was purchased at a promotion price and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and if the promotion has expired it cannot be applied to a replacement or future order.
